Juice Rehab’s Tips For A Great Cleanse:
Listen to your body, if it needs rest and quiet time, take time for yourself and let the body do its job of cleansing.
Incorporate gentle movement into your day, some walking, yoga, to keep the blood flowing. You can take also take an infrared sauna to help with the detox process.
Drink filtered water throughout the day, make sure you are hydrated in between juices with water and herbal teas.
Take hot baths in the evening to relax, and try and get to sleep by 10pm, your body will need the extra rest to carry on cleansing whilst you sleep. The most important cleansing is done in your sleep!
The Supplements provided will help the body with the detox process, so make sure you combine these with the juices.
On completing the cleanse, it is important to break your fast as lightly as possible to wake up your digestion gently. We recommend you break the cleanse with juicy fruit, such as watermelon, pineapple, berries, melon.
A light salad for lunch, with some avocado to gently introduce more solid food. Or a homemade soup, steamed veggies for dinner. Then you can start adding back in protein, eggs, meat, and fish in the following days if you choose to. Listen to your digestion, as you will be very in tune with it after the cleanse.
