Join our Team! We're hiring an HIV Re-Engagement Peer Support Coordinator to work in Central and North West London

Part-time (3.5 days / 24.5 days per week) 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension
Salary: £32,000 pro rata (£22,400 for 3.5 days per week)

You’ll provide an integrated offer of HIV re-engagement peer support, contacting people who have been out of HIV care and supporting them to return to care. Your approach will be person-centred and trauma informed, prioritising safety, trust, and cultural consideration.

The role will be based out of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Imperial NHS Trust sites in North West and Central West London. You will also travel to meet people across North West and Central West London in community settings where needed, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team at the NHS clinics and with other community organisations.

POETS
IAM Tariq () is a writer who discusses people, power and politics through poetry and spoken word.

Binta Yade's () poetry, delivered in soft, melodic tones explores the complexities of being human, simultaneously weaving narratives of resilience, community, and love and an unyielding hope for justice, she draws from her heritage to amplify marginalised voices.

Joshua Aketse-Entsie's (.only) poetry serves as a bridge between culture, history, and healing, with a unique ability to blend artistry with activism.
