Today - Monday 19th January - is ‘Blue Monday’, which we’re told is the most depressing day of the year. The seasonal festivities are over, we’re all maxed out on our credit cards, we’ve already broken our New Year’s resolutions, it’s dark, cold and wet and it’s a long time until our holidays…
