What a morning!

I had the pleasure of being a guest on the The Women In Business Radio Show hosted by Sian Murphy and co-hosted by Katie Powsey — and I am still buzzing from the conversation.

It was lovely to be joined by Blossoming Connections and Justina Training. We covered so much - how we support women, self-care, entrepreneurship, work-life balance and why everything seems to need a label these days.

Honest, real and refreshing.

I'll share the link as soon as the episode goes live - I cannot wait for you to hear it! 🎙️

British Airways HQ. A day I won't forget. ✈️

Yesterday I had the honour of delivering a nutrition workshop and drop-in session as part of their wellbeing initiative.

I was welcomed into a room named Larnaca - one of many named after the destinations BA flies to.

Staff took part in interactive activities on portion sizes and healthy snacking, and we had some brilliant conversations, from managing healthy eating whilst shift working, to plant-based diets and weight management.

Seeing staff take something useful away, even in a busy drop-in format, was exactly what this work was about.

And getting a tour of the BA Heritage Museum over lunch was an amazing bonus - so fascinating!

Thank you so much to the team at British Airways for having me 🙏🏽

My client didn’t need another diet. She needed a different approach.

Twelve weeks later:
👗 Size XL → M
📉 14cm off her waist
😴 Sleeping 4-6 hours instead of 2-3
💪 Confidence and mood significantly improved
✅ Reached her target weight set by her diabetes care team

"I can now bend over comfortably to tie my shoe laces."

No diet. No points system. No pressure.

Just a warm, expert-led programme that finally made the difference.

If a warm, non-diet approach to weight loss sounds like what you have been looking for - or you know someone who needs this…

I have 4 spaces left for my online June programme - Freedom From Diets.

I had a fantastic time at the Businesswomen UnLtd networking event last Thursday.

I have been attending these monthly sessions since September and find them incredibly valuable, friendly, and inspiring. Every time I leave, I feel motivated in my business and already look forward to the next one. It has been a huge asset to my business journey.

I have met so many lovely and amazing businesswomen, and I truly value the encouragement and support we share with one another.

Last week’s session also included a talk from Sara Odyssea, who highlighted the importance of self-care, being present, and remembering that it is okay to rest.

Feeling grateful to be part of such a kind and uplifting community 🩷

Have you ever looked at someone you love going through menopause and thought, “I don’t know what’s changed, but something has”? 🤔

The distance.
The miscommunication.
The strain that can quietly show up in relationships, home life, friendships, and work.

Episode 3 of my podcast Menopause: A Midlife Rebrand, co-hosted with Reshma Kanani and Margaret Wood, is a real and honest conversation about the ripple effect menopause can have, not just on women, but on everyone around them.

We talk openly about what this stage of life can feel like from both sides, and why so many women, partners, families, and colleagues end up feeling confused, disconnected, and unheard.

And we also look at the bigger picture - how this doesn’t just stay at home. It shows up in workplaces, in confidence, in careers, and in the wider economy in ways that often go unspoken.

This episode is really about understanding what’s happening, so we can respond with more compassion instead of confusion.

Last week I attended the Nutritionist Brunch Club at All Bar One Butlers Wharf - an exclusive event for nutritionists, functional medicine practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.

Walking into a room full of highly educated, credible individuals is always an interesting (and a slightly overwhelming) experience. It sets the tone straight away for thoughtful conversations and meaningful connection.

It didn’t take long at all to settle in. Once conversations got going, everyone was so welcoming and open, and it turned into a really enjoyable morning of chatting, sharing ideas, and learning more about each other’s work in the health and wellbeing space.

One of the things that stood out most for me was just how different everyone’s journey is - yet how much there is to gain from simply being in a room together and exchanging experiences.

A lovely morning away from the desk, great company, and of course, a tasty brunch too.

Big thank you to Dora Walsh for the invitation - looking forward to attending again in the future!

Had such a lovely time at the Businesswomen UnLtd Enfield networking session last week 😊

It was our first masterminding session, all about collaboration, and it was great to chat through ideas, potential partnerships, and ways we can support each other through connections outside the group.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect at first, but over the last few sessions I have really settled in.

Everyone is so friendly and genuinely supportive of each other’s businesses - it really doesn’t feel competitive at all, which makes such a difference.

It was also lovely to see so many new faces.

Already looking forward to the May session!

I don’t believe the scale should be the main measure of weight loss progress…

This is something I remind my clients of a lot, because the scale rarely tells the full story.

You can be losing fat and building muscle at the same time, and your weight might not change much - sometimes it even goes up slightly.

And that’s usually when people start to feel like nothing is working… when in reality, it is.

That’s why I always encourage people to zoom out and look at other signs of progress too such as

• waist measurements
• how your clothes are fitting and
• how you feel day to day.

And just as importantly, the things people often overlook like

• sleep
• energy
• stress levels and
• confidence.

If those are improving, that is progress… even if the scale hasn’t changed yet.

The scale is just one data point, not the full picture. That’s why I don’t let it define success.

What are your thoughts?
