Real talk from this week’s first Reformer class. I had nothing in my arms. For a second I questioned everything - my HRT my supplements, my training. Then I remembered: I’m in flow. Oestrogen is at its floor of course it’s conserving. This is what cycle syncing looks like at 51. Not a perfect chart - just listening and adjusting, wish me luck for Hot Barre tonight.
