Há pessoas rodeadas de gente… e mesmo assim sentem-se sozinhas.

Porque presença não é o mesmo que conexão.

Muitos de nós aprendemos a mostrar só a versão “aceitável”: a que aguenta, sorri, responde bem e diz que está tudo certo.

Mas ninguém se sente perto de uma personagem durante muito tempo.

A proximidade começa quando já não precisas de fingir tanto.
Quando podes respirar.
Quando podes dizer “hoje não estou no meu melhor”.
Quando alguém fica… mesmo assim.

Talvez não te falte pessoas.
Talvez te falte um lugar onde possas ser real.
Sentes que tens pessoas à tua volta… mas poucas com quem podes mesmo baixar a guarda?

Some of the nicest people you know… carry buried anger.

They were taught to stay quiet.
To be good.
To forgive quickly.
To move on fast.

So they smiled when they were hurt.
Said “it’s fine” when it wasn’t.
Called pain “peace.”

But anger that isn’t felt doesn’t disappear.

It goes into the body.
Tension.
Anxiety.
Numbness.
Reactions that seem to come from nowhere.

The Bible says: be angry, and do not sin.
It doesn’t say never feel anger.

Sometimes anger is the part of you that knows something mattered.
That a boundary was crossed.
That something hurt.

If you rush into forgiveness before truth…
your body may carry what your voice never said.

Feel it.
Name it.
Let it move.

Não foi naquele momento que começou. Ali… só ficou claro. E o mais difícil de aceitar é isto: não interessa o quanto ela tente depois… quando alguém cresce sem se sentir visto, aprende a viver a tentar merecer atenção. E isso não desaparece sozinho.
