There's lots of information on how to establish breastfeeding, but what about when you want to stop? There is a lot less support available for stopping breastfeeding in a gentle and safe way.

Whether you are breastfeeding an older child, toddler, or younger baby, this workshop will be tailored to your needs. Maybe you have a goal in mind, maybe you are just exploring the concept. Come along and find out more.

IBCLCs Kathryn Stagg IBCLC and Holistic Sleep Coach and Miriam Feen IBCLC, breastfeeding specialist come together as The Lactation Corner - IBCLC to provide support and guidance for infant feeding, sleep and baby behaviour.

We will cover a wide range of scenarios ranging from returning at early months to todlerhood and everything in between.

We will be talking about breastfeeding and how to protect your bonding with your baby, expressing, bottle feeding, food intake, water intake, the emotional side of being separated for both mum and baby, how it may affect sleep and how to cope.

will be running specialist clinic to support parents with infant feeding.

Specialist support with infant feeding.

Breastfeeding support is £49 per family.

PUMP FL**GE FITTING
bookable separately to breastfeeding support.

Research shows that getting the correct fl**ge size for a pump makes a huge difference to yield.
If you have a pump please bring it along.
A Spectra pump will be available for you to try different fl**ge sizes to see which works best for you.
Pump Fl**ge support is £49 per family.

BABY WEIGHT CHECK
Have baby weight checks become a bit stressful? Would you like to check baby's weight in a gentle and supportive environment by a lactation consultant?
We are now offering 10 minute slots for baby weight check and plotting in their red book and a short chat for reassurance. You may have a short wait to be seen.

Weight check is £10 for 10 minutes.
For additional in-depth lactation consultant IBCLC support there is the option of paying the extra £39 to access the current clinic.

Partners welcome.

Spaces are limited to 4 for Infant Feeding support, 2 for Fl**ge Fitting, 2 for Baby Weight Checks.

Please make sure you arrive before 13.30 to ensure you have a good amount of time for support.

This session is run by and , both experienced IBCLCs who have been working for 13 years and 8 years respectively.

Miriam brings her experience of working in the NHS and balancing this with private practice. Kathryn comes from a volunteer breastfeeding counsellor and breastfeeding charity background.
Not only will we cover any cases or situations that you would like to discuss and how we can support families as effectively as possible, we also can talk about the intricate side of running a business, marketing, and social media. We also have extensive experience in running group workshops both in person and online.

This is an introduction to baby massage alongside the use of baby harmonics. Baby massage focusses on bonding and nurturing touch. Baby harmonics uses sound. It is a sound bath for babies
A unique blend of Baby Massage and soothing Nurture Harmonic sound to give you and your baby space to enjoy each other and connect.
Crying in any class is normal and welcomed - baby's voices are important, including during the sound bath.

We had an amazing season with Nita .chiro talking all about how Chiropractic support can help mums and babies.

Nita gave us some great tips and suggestions and explained what is normal.

We talked a lot about tummy time and how important it is for babies to practice.
