Nicole Windle • Boutique Yoga Retreats has spent the better part of the last ten years living, teaching, and returning to Goa.

When it came to choosing someone to lead our first community journey outside of Africa, she was the obvious choice, not because she knows Goa as a tourist, but because she knows it as a second home.

Ahead of our Goa Retreat coming up in January 2027, I sat down with Nicole to learn more about Goa and why it’s so special.

Delighted to have a full circle moment with Mas | Yoga teaching Community Yoga this coming Monday ✨️

Many of you will know Mas as she always shows up for Pana and brings her wonderful energy to so many events, classes & retreats! 🧡

She's a South Asian yoga teacher whose practice honours the roots of yoga philosophy. She’s passionate about yoga beyond the poses and aims to make yoga more inclusive. She blends vinyasa, pranayama, mantra and meditation with philosophy teachings for a class that is accessible to all.

Dub Garden Yoga & picnic is back next week!

We’re excited to welcome back Nathan Lobban Nuff Yoga to guide the session 🌞

This is a Caribbean music, nature and yoga fusion in South London, open to all.

About the class:
“This Hatha inspired class combines dynamic movement with longer-than-average holds with many moments to play, sway and listen to your body in between. We will be journeying through a playful sequence designed to uplift the spirit, center the mind and get the body warm and flowing. Whilst being accompanied by a gorgeous playlist that’ll have you toing and froing between dance and flow. I can’t wait to see you all! Nuff love!!”

🌞 Hi July 🌞

Pana turns 6 this summer and over this time we've built something really special together. We've travelled across Africa, shared countless yoga practices, and created so many moments of connection. Looking back, it's incredible to see how far we've all come 🌿

When Pana began, we were creating spaces where we could simply belong and practise together. Now, we're building the structures that empower us to become teachers, space holders, educators and community nourishers. It's about growing individually, but even more importantly, growing together.
