A little reminder as Autumn approaches. 🍂

Sometimes a reset doesn't need to be complicated.

It can simply be a chance to slow down, return to nourishing seasonal food, bring some rhythm back to your day and give your digestion a little more attention.

Our Autumn Digestive Reset brings these simple Ayurvedic principles together through guided support, seasonal practices and practical changes you can carry into everyday life.

Endometriosis is more than painful periods.

For many women, it can affect everyday life in ways that aren't always visible: pelvic pain, fatigue, digestive or bladder symptoms, intimacy and fertility.

And yet, women are still sometimes told that severe period pain is something they simply have to live with.

You don't have to normalise your pain.

Understanding what is happening in your body is the first step towards getting the right support.

Ayurvedic care can be considered alongside appropriate medical care, with an individual approach to areas such as digestion, nourishment, sleep, stress and daily wellbeing.

Your pain deserves to be heard.
Your health deserves attention. 🌿

If you have concerns about painful periods or symptoms associated with endometriosis, speak with a qualified healthcare professional and reach out to us to explore supportive Ayurvedic care.

A baby’s birth can be a beautiful experience, but for some women, it can also be frightening, overwhelming or traumatic.

Sometimes the body has healed, but the experience still lives on in the mind and nervous system.

So perhaps one of the questions we need to ask new mothers is:

“When you remember the birth, what happens in your body and mind?”

Trauma deserves the right support. Psychological and trauma-informed care should always come first where needed. Ayurveda can sit alongside that care, supporting nourishment, rest, sleep, digestion and gentle routines as a woman finds her sense of stability again.

Because postpartum care isn't only about recovering from childbirth.

It is also about how a woman carries that experience into motherhood. 🌿

If this resonates with you or someone you know, we'd love to hear from you.

Motherhood changes you in ways you may not expect. 🌿

There is the love, of course, but also new responsibilities, new emotions, a different rhythm to everyday life and sometimes the feeling that you are still finding your way back to yourself.

You haven't lost who you were. You are growing into a new chapter.

Give yourself the same patience, kindness and care that you give so freely to your baby.

At Keyajee, we believe the transition into motherhood deserves to be supported too.

The weeks after birth are about more than physical recovery. 🌿

A new mother is learning her baby, finding a new rhythm, navigating emotions and adjusting to a completely different version of everyday life.

Traditional wisdom recognised this as a time for rest, nourishment, protection and care. Perhaps it's time we gave the same importance to supporting the mother as we do preparing for the baby.

Because when a mother is cared for, she has more space to heal, connect and find her confidence in this new chapter.

🌿 At Keyajee, we believe every mother deserves to be cared for too.

We spend so much time preparing for the birth of a baby.

We prepare the nursery.
Buy the tiny clothes.
Learn about feeding.
Make plans for the birth.

But how often do we prepare a woman for *becoming a mother?*

The weeks and months after birth can bring an entirely new rhythm of life. There is love and connection, but also tiredness, responsibility, vulnerability and sometimes a sense of losing touch with yourself.

Traditional cultures understood that a new mother needed time, nourishment, protection and care.

Perhaps that's wisdom worth bringing back into our conversations.

**Postpartum care isn't only about the baby.
It is about the mother too. 🌿**

At Keyajee, we believe women deserve support through every stage of this transition.

When a baby is born, the focus naturally turns to the baby.

But there is another birth taking place too.

*A mother is being born. 🌿*

The transition into motherhood can bring deep love and joy, but also exhaustion, vulnerability, uncertainty and a feeling that life has suddenly changed in ways you weren't quite prepared for.

Sometimes you may find yourself wondering, “Where has the woman I used to be gone?”

Perhaps she hasn't gone anywhere.

Perhaps she is simply becoming someone new.

At Keyajee, we believe this transition deserves to be acknowledged, understood and supported.

Because caring for a new mother matters too.
