Some networking events are more purposeful than others.
Make sure you don't just go for the sake of going.
As someone with a chronic situation, my energy can be very limited and I have to be wise while choosing my cause of flare ups... Because I pay for it every time, meds or no meds.

The Lilac Project is all about people like me who run businesses with physical and invisible disabilities... Whenever I attend one of these it is a boost of morale and a reminder that not everyone plays the entrepreneur game with the same set of cards... Be kind to yourself, appreciate your journey and remember, your mind is your biggest power engine.

❓Question: How do you support small businesses as a consumer?
❓How do you reward customers as a business owner?

🥰❣️I gave away a £5.00 snack to a customer that came all the way from Tooting to buy her regular... 5x cinnamon for the month.... I encouraged her to vary and told her... Take this home, take your time... Monday morning, 8:57am... £30 order... No better testimonial needed.

This customer has been with me since I started, she gets the newsletter, sends birthday gifts and gets statshes for herself...

She used to buy monthly the original 4, then mover on the peanuts with oat milk and vanilla. She was hooked on the cinnamon with almonds until now... Looks like she has found a new favourite....

This is the types of customers that stay for as long as you run the business... Absolutely love her and like to go deliver personally so we can have a chat...

Oh She's a Maths & English tutor if you need one!
Full vetted and very successful at what she does.

I am a stall holder at the afternoon tea being held by the ladies ministry at my church... Am always nervous about events at my church... These women saw me starting all of this. They prayed for me when I couldn't walk and was desperate...
It will s always a pleasure to show them what God has done so far.
Probably going to have some words of wisdom from some very proud mammas from church....❣️❣️❣️

One of the reasons I love Google memory is because it reminds you of where you've been...
Often, i forget so much that I end up praying for where i have already been... That's why journaling is important... It reminds you of all the prayers that have already been answered...

How about you, how do you keep track of your answered prayers?

Prior to taking this photo at a past pop up, this is how i had imagined my stand at Selfridge's would look like... Up until then, it was imaginary, now I have an actual photo... Absolutely loved that pop up in .village the venue was .

Did some extra curricular activities this week... I had lunch at the House of Lords for the launch of the
Centre...

It is important to unplug from time to time otherwise you become consumed and insular...

Get involved with where you'll not only get equipped to run your dream, but also meet other dreamers at the start and those at the top of their games... Even hanging out with people from the apprentice and government ministers...
You can't think higher if you don't find inspiration beyond your circle.
