I've been in my head a bit this week, and I've needed to remind myself that I am inface still a coach!
I think somewhere amongst a new job role and life being pretty fu***ng chaotic lately, I forgot that for a minute.
Focus has been elsewhere and I've taken my eye off the important things, family time, my clients, my coaching, my training and my own business more than I'd like to admit.
And yes, I've beaten myself up about this quite a bit as of late.
I didn't become a coach just to write programmes, count reps or help people lose a few kilos.
I became a coach because I genuinely love helping people, seeing them succeed, become the vest versions they can, and realised what training can give someone outside of the gym.
From confidence to purpose, and discipline to self belief.
A place to go when everything else feels like it's falling apart.
There's a reason I built Stobbsie Fitness around MORE THAN PHYSICAL.
And i think maybe I needed reminding of that myself.
My job title might have changed (to some degree).
Life doesn't show any signs of calming down anytime soon.
But underneath all of it...
I am still a coach.
And it's probably time I started acting like one again.
