When Monday feels like a Monday it's time to get out into the summer sun, into the open space and fire up the mind with compound movements.

Laying out these bags is a movement that allows me to Train my body to become efficient in intermuscular and intramuscular coordination.

Intra/inter muscular coordination is the coordination of the individual fibers in your muscles. If the fibers in the muscle all contract and relax in sync, then you are producing more muscle power, without your muscle necessarily being very big. Basically, good intra/inter-muscular coordination means that you are moving your muscles efficiently.

We need a healthy way of channeling the thoughts and emotions our experiences create.

Which is why physical movement is a phenomenal way for on our mind let go of energy that may dampen our mind, may it be exericse, a sport or gardening.
