Most men know what they are. Very few know who they are.

I asked Gasat - Men's Circle Mentor & Masculine Identity Guide at BodyMindUP and Sonnar - what men struggle with most.

He named three things every time: → Relationships & gender → Identity → Purpose & meaning "It's more like what you are, not who you are - and that's where the struggle lives." This is what men's circles are for.

Part 2 of my interview series with Gasat at Sonnar. June workshop date dropping soon 👀

What happens to a relationship when a man joins a men's circle?

I sat down with Gasat - Men's Circle Mentor & Masculine Identity Guide at BodyMindUP and Sonar - to find out.

He shared something that stopped me mid-conversation: a woman reached out to him personally to say she had noticed a change in how her partner shows up in their relationship. She didn't ask him to change. He just did - because of the circle. "Because of the group, she believes that she's seen a change in how he shows up in the relationship."

That's the power of safe men, real vulnerability, and genuine community. This is part 1 of my interview series with Gasat at Sonar. More to come. The next workshop date in June is dropping soon - stay tuned.

A few weeks ago, - Brain Coach at - opened our Grief series with this:

"Let go. Shine on. Even now. Especially now."

Now the conversation continues — out loud.

Grief doesn't just live in loss. It lives in the unsaid, the unprocessed, the quietly avoided. Dima navigates it using Neuroplasticity, CBT, and RTT — tools that go where words alone cannot.

This series isn't about overcoming grief. It's about moving through it.

I used to argue with my dad constantly. Now I'd give anything to argue with him one more time. Grief isn't just the big moments you miss. It's the ordinary, slightly annoying, completely irreplaceable ones. If there's unresolved tension with someone you love - please, try to fix it. You truly never know.

We don't just heal. We evolve.

♤ Your body holds ancient wisdom. It knew the truth long before your mind was ready to hear it. That is not weakness. That is your body speaking.

♤ Grief is not the enemy of healing. Grief IS the healing.

♤ We don't transcend our pain. We transform through it. What rises from the ashes is who you were always becoming.

How to listen to your inner wisdom:

° If you feel everything deeply - trust the wave. Your truth settles after the emotion does.
°If you have powerful gut feelings — your body is your compass. A full-body yes is enough.
°If you need to be seen before you speak — your wisdom is for those who truly recognise you.
°If you need stillness to hear yourself — protect your quiet. That is where your answers live.

Are you carrying a grief that has no name? A love that turned out to be something else?

Send me a message. I am here to listen

Your body holds every story you never got to tell.

We built because we know what it means to carry invisible weight — and keep going anyway.

The 5 Bodies Framework — Emotional, Physical, Energetic, Spiritual & Community — is where ancient wisdom, plant medicine, and modern therapies finally meet.

In Ayurvedic medicine, humans are understood through Pancha Kosha — five interconnected layers of being, from the physical body all the way to the soul. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the same truth has been practiced for over 3,000 years — that unresolved emotion lives in the organs, and the body and spirit cannot be separated. Heal one layer in isolation, and the others pull you back. Heal all five, and you become whole.

Agnes and Dima created this framework not from a textbook, but from lived experience — walking their own path through pain, healing, and transformation. None of this would exist without the incredible team at BodyMindUP — every practitioner, every guide, every heart that shows up to hold space for others. Thank you. This is ours, together.

You noticed it before anyone said a word. The tiredness. The weight falling away. The breath that wasn't quite right. And somewhere deep inside - the alarm went off.

But you turned it off.

Because if you listened… everything would change.

This is the grief no one talks about. The grief that begins before the loss. The love that tries so hard to protect you - it makes you look away.

In this video, Miranda opens up about one of the most human and unspoken experiences of caring for someone you love — watching a strong man start to disappear, holding herself together in hospital corridors, and the moment she realised that naming the fear wasn't giving up hope.

It's the beginning of something very personal.

"We rise by lifting others."

But not by fixing them. Not by saving them.

By doing your own work so visibly, so honestly, that others see what's possible.

At BodyMindUP, I've watched transformation ripple: one person heals, and suddenly the people around them feel permission to try.

Your growth isn't just for you. 🤍
