The Truth about Samuel Leeds - called out in parliament for the third time, this time for multiple misleading and dangerous tax claims by MP Stella Creasy.

The tragic su***de of Soldier Danny Butcher who committ su***de after getting into further debt and having a refund request strung out after paying for a training course with Samuel Leeds training company, was also read out.

The MP rightly called for HMRC investegation, which will likely lead to FCA investegation.

This comes after a recent tax claim expose by Dan Neidle and an article by the daily mail.

Kyle Christie - promotes Steven Greens Property Investment Academy (PIA) "Elite" £8-10k high ticket course.

Kyle was "blasted for promoting 'get-rich-quick' schemes on their Instagram accounts"

"Reality stars have come under fire for allegedly peddling 'get rich quick' scheme

'Bedroom traders' claim to earn a fortune off foreign exchange of currencies

One guru is Jordan Heyward, 24, who boasts of having more than 4,000 clients

Kyle Christie, Scott Timlin, Thomas Powell and Ross Worswick promoted him

The FCA has now issued statement about Heyward, which says: 'This firm is not authorised by us and is targeting people in the UK"

Property Investment Academy members confirmed that Kyle Christie did not appear to do any active property investment following the "Elite" course. He did however approach members within the group about a scheme to do with missold energy packages to businesses.

Rebecca Gormley, appears to have been paid to attend and Promote Steven Greens Property Investment Academy (PIA) high ticket £8-10k "Elite" training course.

This is a tactic used by many "gurus" to give credibility to potential 'customers' when targeted by sales funnels.

PIA academy members have confirmed that Rebecca did not appear to do any property investment or be active in property investment following the course.

In February 2026, Rebecca Gormley was sentenced by the FCA and pleaded guilty to the following:

"Sentenced at Southwark Crown Court after pleading guilty to issuing unauthorised financial promotions linked to a foreign exchange trading scheme.

Biggs Chris, Jamie Clayton, Lauren Goodger, Rebecca Gormley, Yazmin Oukhellou, Scott Timlin and Eva Zapico each admitted one count of communicating unauthorised financial promotions, contrary to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000."

Andrew Tate has been accused of the following, with multiple cases awaiting trial:

1. R**e and strangulation — UK allegations from multiple women (case reopened March 2026).

2. Sexual violence and coercive control — pattern of domination, threats, and abuse (UK).

3. Human trafficking — recruiting and exploiting women for profit (Romania).

4. Sexual exploitation of minors — accused of trafficking minors and s*x with a minor (Romania).

5. Organised crime group — accused of running a criminal enterprise to exploit women.

6. Controlling prostitution for gain — alleged management and coercion of s*x work.

7. Actual bodily harm — physical assaults alleged by victims.

8. Money laundering — moving and disguising illicit proceeds.

9. Large‑scale tax evasion — millions allegedly hidden from UK authorities.

10. Witness intimidation / obstruction — accused of attempting to influence witnesses.

Talks are ongoing to extridite the Tate brothers to the UK for trial, ahead of awaiting trials in Romania.

Veteran turned "guru" Steven Green, From Redcar, in the same network as many UK "gurus" such as Samuel Leeds.

Steven Greens biggest claim to property success is a commercial development he did when starting to sell high ticket courses in 2019, with the same marketing, pricing and tactics as other "gurus".

Mr Green believes he is the UK's Leading Property trainer and mentor, despite using all the same tactics, he claims he is different to other "gurus" because he has done construction and deals like this. He uses this to call out other "gurus" to gain attention and credibility, whilst telling you to do due dilligence on property trainers on companies house. So we Did!

Seaview business centre:

- Started in January 2019 didn't finish till after January 2022. He claimed 16 months. This would be approx 30+

- He claims £1,000,000 build cost for a 24,000ft2 building (later says 25,000ft2)....including finance cost etc.

- Claims in the original video a GDV of £2.4m, then in later "click the link" adverts £2.7m

The lowest standard commercial conversion £/ft2 for that year, in that area was £90 x 24,000 = £2.1m (without finance cost etc.)

The only RICS valuation for this building on Companies house on his accounts states £1.52m GDV

Including lowest possible costs and the actual RICS valuation stated on the holding company, it appears Mr Green would have been in approximately £1m debt.

This would explain his push to become a "guru" and continue false success claims to sell high ticket courses to get out of debt. So his real success seems to be becoming a fake guru making money selling high ticket courses.

Geordie Shore star Scott Timlin, known as Scotty T, and former Miss Newcastle and Love Island contestant Rebecca Gormley, 27, of Wallsend, are among seven personalities to appear in court to admit charges. The two were paid by fake gurus to promote dodgy schemes.

"Regulations are intended to protect the integrity of the financial markets and protect the public from harm," the judge remarked, noting that the social media influencers were pursuing "easy money".

Laura Miller, representing Timlin, informed the court he has earned approximately £34,000 over the past year, including a £5,500 contribution from his mother "to get through the day to day".

"There's the Instagram world and there's reality," she said.

Seven reality stars including Lauren Goodger, Yazmin Oukhellou and Scott Timlin have pleaded guilty to illegally promoting foreign exchange trading on Instagram without FCA authorisation.
