Netflix hasn't called... yet. 🎬

But if they ever do, this is the story we'd want everyone to hear.

What if one conversation today could help protect your options for tomorrow?

Fertility naturally declines with age. As we get older, both the number and quality of our eggs decrease, which can reduce the chances of successful fertility treatment and pregnancy. An Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) test can help provide an indication of your ovarian reserve, giving you valuable insight into your fertility.

Freezing your eggs at a younger reproductive age may improve the chances of achieving a successful pregnancy in the future.

Egg freezing can be an important option if you:
✨ Are at risk of premature ovarian failure or early menopause.
✨ Are preparing for medical treatment that may affect your fertility.
✨ Want to preserve your fertility for personal reasons while you focus on your career, relationships, or simply because the timing isn't right.

Also known as elective or egg freezing, fertility preservation is giving more people the opportunity to plan for the future with greater confidence. As more people across the UK choose to start their families later in life, understanding your fertility and knowing your options has never been more important. 💛

🍷 The pomegranate juice protocol: fact or fiction?

Across social media, fertility influencers frequently recommend drinking pomegranate juice throughout an IVF cycle to improve the uterine lining.

What the science says: Pomegranates are rich in antioxidants and naturally support nitric oxide production, which plays a role in blood vessel health.

However, there is currently no evidence that drinking pomegranate juice can rapidly improve a thin uterine lining or increase implantation rates.

CRGH verdict:
✔ A nutritious addition to a balanced diet.
✔ A good source of antioxidants.
✖ Not a substitute for evidence-based fertility treatment.

When it comes to fertility nutrition, sustainable healthy habits matter far more than any single "superfood."

🥤 Is beetroot juice different from other IVF trends?

Among the many fertility rituals circulating online, beetroot juice is one of the few supported by emerging clinical research.

A study found that women consuming a daily drink containing beetroot, watermelon and ginger after embryo transfer achieved higher clinical pregnancy rates than the comparison group.

Researchers believe this may be linked to:
❤️ Increased nitric oxide production
❤️ Improved blood flow
❤️ Anti-inflammatory effects

However, it is important to note: The evidence remains early-stage and should not be considered a guaranteed method for improving outcomes.

CRGH verdict:
Promising, interesting and worthy of further research, but always discuss dietary changes with your fertility team.
