Sorcha’s story is proof that it’s never too late to find the career you’re meant to have.

After 25 years in senior corporate leadership and receiving her own ADHD diagnosis, Sorcha realised she wanted to use her experience to help others.

Today, through Lead with ADHD, she supports midlife women in leadership who feel overwhelmed, burnt out or lost, helping them realise there’s nothing “wrong” with them….their brains simply work differently.

Can I say something that might be a little controversial? 👀

Just because your client has ADHD doesn’t mean they need more chaos.

In fact, it’s often the opposite.

So many people with ADHD have spent years trying to navigate inconsistency, overwhelm and unpredictability. They don’t need a coach who adds to that.

They need someone who can provide clarity when their brain feels noisy.

Being an ADHD coach isn’t about throwing structure out of the window because “that’s the ADHD way.”

It’s about understanding which structure helps and which structure hinders.

The best ADHD coaches know how to be flexible without becoming disorganised.

They know how to adapt without losing direction.

They create a space where clients feel safe, understood and supported, whilst still moving towards meaningful change.

That’s the difference.

That’s what we teach.

Because understanding ADHD is one thing...

Knowing how to coach an ADHD brain is something else entirely.

Ever feel like summer just turns up the volume on everything?

The thing is, I don’t actually think summer creates overwhelm. I think it just exposes it.

If you e ever found yourself thinking, why does everyone else seem to cope better than me, then maybe it’s time to stop blaming yourself and start understand yourself instead.

Sometimes one conversation…. One piece of knowledge and the “oh that’s me….” Moment can change everything. And what better way to start your coaching career, helping others understand too.

After receiving an ADHD diagnosis at 52, Ann realised she hadn’t been failing, she’d been navigating life in a world that wasn’t built for the way her brain works.

Today, through Resilience Rebel she helps adults with ADHD move beyond burnout, reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel calmer, more authentic and sustainable.

Meet Carly – one of our incredible NTA coaches. 💜

From a background in teaching ceramics and watercolour, Carly’s journey has led her to become a Trauma-Informed ADHD Coach, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Guide, supporting military personnel, veterans and those navigating trauma, grief, burnout and overwhelm.

Her passion is helping people reconnect with themselves, build self-trust and understand their nervous system in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Alongside her coaching, Carly also shares guided Yoga Nidra practices through The Anchored Mind. If you’ve ever thought “Meditation isn’t for me,” her sessions are a gentle place to begin—created with neurodivergent minds in mind.
