"I definitely needed to expand my treatment repertoire to treat my patients better." 🦷

Dr Megan McCann started exactly where a lot of dentists are right now: curious about aesthetics, but only scratching the surface with a generic foundation course in toxins and fillers.

She quickly realised that offering just fillers and toxin wasn't enough to get her patients the best results, or treat them ethically. So she expanded into tear trough, non-surgical rhinoplasty, advanced skin courses and injectables, eventually completing her OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies with us.

Please join us in warmly welcoming to the Acquisition Aesthetics team! 🎉

Based in Newcastle, Oscar ranked 15th out of 4,000 applicants globally to secure his specialty training post, and now works as a radiologist and aesthetic practitioner, alongside running his own clinic, Dr Redman Aesthetics.

His diagnostic imaging background gives him a precise, anatomy-led approach to treatment, something that will come through clearly in his teaching.

Oscar joins us primarily delivering our Foundation and Advanced training, with UK-wide dates and masterclasses to follow soon.

We can't wait for our delegates to learn from him.

We were proud to host a panel at this year, bringing together .plastics, , and .LaraWatson for a completely jam-packed discussion on the real journey from solo injector to multi-million pound business, including what it takes to exit through private equity.

This is a conversation that rarely happens so honestly, and one we were passionate to have.

Most aesthetic injectors are brilliant clinicians but aren't taught the business side, and this panel didn't shy away from the struggles, the pivots, or the decisions they'd make differently in hindsight.

CCR 2026 absolutely delivered, and we're still buzzing.

Our live injection demonstration and panel discussion were both full with delegates watching without a seat just to catch the insights. That's the energy we love to see from injectors genuinely hungry to level up their clinical practice.
