We are absolutely thrilled to welcome our guest for this session: Amira Calinescu, a London-based Clinical Mental Health Psychologist Trainee and Holistic Therapist! 🧘‍♀️✨

Amira integrates evidence-based psychology with wonderful healing modalities like Reiki, crystal therapy, and Aztec & Maya ancestry. She is passionate about making mental health support accessible, creating a gentle space for us to reconnect with ourselves and each other.

Here is what you can look forward to:

If you're spiritual, sensitive and exhausted from holding everything together – this is for you. Here's a little about me & how I got here… 💜

It didn't start with crystals and rituals. It started with pain, confusion and a very human question: "Why do I feel so disconnected from myself?"

Over the years, I went through chronic stress, emotional wounds and seasons where my body and heart were asking for a completely different life. That search brought me through many paths – constellations, the Journey, Ayurveda, reflexology, ceremonies, regression, Reiki, Maya and Aztec wisdom – always trying to understand how we truly heal from the inside out.

Life eventually brought me to London, where I founded myUniMe – Balance Inside, Shine Outside – an integrative energy psychology and trauma‑informed healing practice. At the same time, I began formal training in clinical and mental health psychology. I wanted my work to stand on both: grounded science and the invisible world of energy, ritual and spirit.

Over time, I became a Reiki Teacher Master, Maya astrologer, Aztec crystal practitioner, Kundalini facilitator and High Priestess, while also studying trauma‑informed psychology, nervous system regulation and healing schemas. I realised I was never meant to choose between "psychologist" or "healer". My path is to weave them together for people who know they need more than one language for their soul.

Today I support sensitive, high‑achieving women and men – especially spiritually curious professionals in London – to calm their nervous system, release old patterns, heal from burnout and emotional overwhelm, and feel safe and powerful inside their own energy field.

Every session, ritual, symbol and sacred invocation I share is in service of one thing: helping you remember who you really are and come back home to yourself.
