Led by Two Senior Practitioners at the beautiful Fickle Field in Ongar, to empower you for the last quarter of the year.

Today’s Sound Bath was a little unusual.

Firstly thank you to everyone who came along to today’s Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath. We had an unexpected surprise.

The Longhorn Cows of Epping Forest graced us 10 mins before we started.

First there was one, then a second then 4 more!!! Emerging from the trees and then heading into the open space.

In Sacred space, we humans had a brief sharing circle, Cacao connection and then I facilitated the Sound Bath.

The cows chilled in Cow or maybe a Cow Savasana for the entire duration infront of us.

Turns out they love a Sound Bath with Gong, Himalayan, Crystal & Alchemy Singing Bowls and additional instruments.
And they separately love the Gong!

As I closed the Sound Bath, the cows in the field got up and went for a graze in the trees. Post Sound Bath munchies!

I’m next in the forest on Sunday 9th August. Can’t promise any Longhorn Cows however feel free to reach out for a Cacao and Sound Bath ticket.

So this happened last night!

Another beautiful Sound Bath at Wellness at the Barns.
In the field, in nature, our group arrived on Flo the Tractor 🚜 before settling down to receive the guided visualisation/ journey followed by Gong, Himalayan, Crystal and Alchemy Bowl sound bath with Shamanic sound weaved in.

As the guided journey began a Hare darted across the field behind everyone. And as usual it’s pure magic when the wildlife appear. A beautiful sunset closed our evening.

Our next Sound Bath will be on Wed 7th October. And for those of you book, keep an eye out on arrival for the Hare, Pheasant and if you’re lucky some Deer 🦌 which appeared to me as I was leaving at the end. 💫✨💫

Hello, I’ve been supporting the local community and my client base from The Holistic Therapy Rooms in South Woodford since 2010.

I offer a Wellness space where I support with Massage Therapy, Reflexology, and Bespoke Aromatherapy which blends seamlessly with Reiki, Energy Medicine and Sound Healing to create transformative experiences that restore mind, body and soul, regulate the nervous system, and awaken your inner essence.

Tonight (Friday 10th July at 7.15pm), my monthly Sound Bath is being held in South Woodford.

Still Waters - A New Moon Sound Bath

Harnessing the Element of Water - we bathe in Sound with the beautiful Water Gong and accompanying Alchemy, Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, additional sound instruments and chimes.

Still Waters is centred around the Water Gong, an instrument that mirrors the ebb and flow of the seas and oceans, the subtle waves of sound flowing around you and within at a cellular level.

The New Moon / Dark Moon is the quietest phase of the Lunar Cycle and asks us to release what we have been carrying and like the waves flowing out to sea, to let them go.

This Sound Bath is your time to rest as the sound helps to shift thoughts creating space for clarity. The nervous system also regulates and invites in more calm - a healthy balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic.

Sunday - the Outdoor Sound Bath in Loughton takes place with Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath. 10am - noon. A beautiful opportunity to rest in the Outdoors in nature.
Tickets close Saturday evening to create the space early Sunday morning to setup for the event.

Thank you to everyone who attended Friday’s Sound Bath for the Summer Solstice.

I was asked an interesting question at the end and it was - Why do I arrange my Gongs with the back of the Gong - the less aesthetic side facing the audience?

As an accredited Gong practitioner - and a practitioner who has invested in solid & lengthy training - it’s important that I hold space for you with duty and care. It’s important that I can see my audience, to read the room and take note of any energetic shifts that the sound and vibration can create.

If I have my back to you, I cannot see you and I cannot support you.

I have witnessed attendees process shifts, whether it’s coughing, having to change posture, tears, epiphanies, or sitting up straight to receive and channel messages through the sound frequencies. Where I notice support is necessary I make sure to discreetly check in with that attendee.

My next Sound Bath honouring the element of Water will be held on Friday 10th July.
I hope to see you there and look forwards to holding space for you.

It’s Stress Awareness month and one way to support wellbeing is with Reflexology.

According to Google - In the UK, Work related Stress, Anxiety or Depression accounts for over 50% of work related ill health in 2024/25

11% of UK adults experience stress on a daily basis

63% experience weekly stress

1 in 3 experience high or extreme stress
