Lower blepharoplasty: this is the difference immediately after surgery.

This patient came to us with concerns around the lower eye area. After careful assessment, lower blepharoplasty was recommended to address the under-eye bags and create a smoother transition beneath the eyes.

In this reel, you can see the process from the pre-operative markings, to the under-eye area before surgery, followed by the result while our patient was still on the operating table, just moments after the procedure was completed.

At this stage, healing hasn’t even begun. Swelling and bruising are expected to develop during the early recovery period, and this should not be considered the final result, but the immediate change in the contour of the lower eye area is already clearly visible.

We’ll continue to follow her healing journey as the swelling settles and her final result develops.

Every patient is assessed individually to determine whether lower blepharoplasty is appropriate for their anatomy and concerns.
