I’ve added one additional start date for The 6-Week Back to You: Midlife Energy Reboot, which means there’s still time to join us before summer.

This programme was created for busy women in midlife who are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, out of routine, and ready to start prioritising themselves again in a realistic, supportive way.
No extremes.
No pressure.
Just simple habits, support, accountability, and realistic changes that fit real life.

New start date: 1st June.

Because by this stage of life, most women are carrying a lot—work, family, stress, responsibilities, changing hormones, and very little time for themselves.

They’re exhausted before the day even begins.

Living off caffeine and quick snacks.
Starting healthy routines on Monday and feeling “off track” again by Wednesday.
Knowing they need to prioritise themselves, but feeling guilty when they try.
Constantly looking after everyone else while quietly running on empty themselves.
Over time, that takes a toll.

Energy drops, routines slip, motivation disappears, and healthy habits start to feel harder and harder to maintain.

It’s not a lack of willpower, most women simply need support that works with real life, not against it.
That’s exactly why I created the Back to You: Midlife Energy Reboot.
