Palak Sadhwani from Janki Devi Memorial College (JDMC) brought such an inspiring energy to our NAREE Health Awareness Session, stepping up to break the silence surrounding menstrual wellness and hygiene.

Through this session, Palak gained a clear understanding of the essentials—learning exactly what to do and what to avoid when it comes to menstrual health. By choosing education and openness over embarrassment, she is helping pave the way for a generation that prioritizes self-care and health advocacy.
It’s truly heartening to see students embrace these vital topics, proving that when we speak up, we empower the entire community. :cherry_blossom:

The future of women’s health looks so much brighter with thoughtful leaders like her leading the way!

Your skin & hair are changing… but it’s not just age.

For millions of women, these changes begin during perimenopause — yet most don’t recognize the signs early enough.

📊 Did you know?
● Nearly 85% of women experience symptoms of perimenopause, including skin and hair changes
● Over 70% report hair thinning or texture changes during hormonal transitions
● Almost 90% feel under-informed about what’s happening to their bodies

And the result? Delayed awareness. Missed early intervention. Unnecessary stress.

At Naree, we believe awareness is the first step to empowerment.
➡️ Track skin, hair & hormonal symptoms
➡️ Understand patterns across life stages
➡️ Get AI-powered early health insights

Because when you understand the why, you can take control of the how.

Continuing our efforts to create safe and supportive spaces for conversations around women’s health and well-being.

Under Project Aarohi – Naree Health Initiative, Floydee Future Foundation conducted a Women’s Health Awareness Session at Bidhannagar Government School, Kolkata, for adolescent girls from Classes 6 to 10.

This marked the first offline session at the school led by Dr. Suparna Biswas, who guided the students through important conversations on menstrual and hormonal health, PCOS awareness, mental and emotional well-being, nutrition, and lifestyle practices.

The session also introduced students to maintaining their digital diary on the Naree Health App to monitor and better understand their menstrual health.
Her openness, empathy, and expert guidance created a comfortable space where students could ask questions freely, learn without hesitation, and gain confidence in prioritising their health and well-being.

Through continued initiatives like these, we aim to break taboos, spread awareness, and empower young girls to take charge of their health with knowledge and confidence.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, we reflect on a meaningful step toward prioritising women’s health and well-being.

Through the Naree Health session under the Aarohi Program by Floydee Future Foundation, conducted with the women employees of Hotel De Sovrani, we created a space for open conversations around Menstrual and Hormonal Health, Cervical cancer awareness, Emotional and Mental well-being, Circadian Clock in Sleep and Anxiety, Nutrition, and the realities of shift-based work. The session was not just about information, but about listening, sharing, and empowering women to prioritise their health without hesitation.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the management Kamalini Paul and team of Hotel De Sovrani for their warmth, understanding, and seamless support in making this session possible. Your commitment to the well-being of your women employees truly reflects what supportive workplaces should look like.

A special note of appreciation to Dr. Himanshu Borase for his thoughtful guidance, patient responses to every question, and the openness with which he addressed sensitive yet important topics. His clarity, empathy, and practical insights helped create a safe and meaningful space for learning and dialogue.

This Women’s Day, may every woman feel empowered to prioritise her health, speak openly, and take charge of her well-being—because when a woman takes care of her health, she strengthens not only herself, but the families, workplaces, and communities around her 🌸

Our 4th cohort session of the Naree Health Awareness Initiative with Janki Devi Memorial College, under Project Arohi, was both meaningful and engaging.

The discussion centered on women’s health and well-being, with students actively asking about painkiller side effects, menstrual health, stress management, and emotional wellness. The openness showed how important safe spaces for such conversations truly are.

We sincerely thank Dr. Himanshu Borase, the IQAC team, and the faculty members for their continued support.

We look forward to continuing this initiative and spreading awareness, one step at a time.

Grateful to kick off a meaningful journey 🌸

We successfully conducted the first cohort session of our Naree Health Awareness Program with Janki Devi Memorial College (Delhi University) under Floydee Future Foundation’s- Project Arohi. This session marks the beginning of an 8-session engagement focused on empowering young women with essential knowledge around women’s health and well-being.

A special thanks to our speaker, Dr Himanshu Borase, for leading an insightful and impactful session with so much compassion, and heartfelt appreciation to the IQAC department coordinators and Professors for their seamless coordination and support.

Most importantly, kudos to the students for their enthusiastic participation, confidence, and thoughtful questions. The energy during the discussion and Q&A truly reflected their eagerness to learn, unlearn, and prioritize their health.

This was a strong and inspiring start, and we look forward to continued engagement, awareness, and enlightenment as we move ahead with the upcoming sessions. Together, we aim to help young women make informed choices and place their health at the forefront.

Onwards and upwards ✨
