Are you a friendly, organized people person looking for a rewarding role right here in our community? The Fairfield Practice in Charlton is seeking a proactive Care Navigator / Receptionist to join their close-knit, supportive training practice!

As the first point of contact for their 12,500 patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent, patient-centered care. If you have great communication skills, a compassionate approach, and love working as part of a team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The Details:
💰 Starting Salary: £12.80 per hour (increasing after successful probation)
⏱️ Hours: Part-time (Up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
🗓️ Shift Requirements: Must be available Wednesdays, and a late shift until 6:30pm on Thursdays
📍 Location: Charlton, South East London (Blackheath & Charlton PCN)

You’ll join an incredible, collaborative team of GP partners, salaried doctors, nurses, and specialized PCN staff who truly value a supportive work environment.
