As Founder and CEO of Enhanced Fertility, Andreia leads the development of an AI platform that speeds up time to diagnosis of fertility problems and assists clinicians with making personalised treatment plans. Her mission is to make personalised fertility care accessible to all.

Andreia’s leadership and business skills are enhanced with two master degrees:
In 2010 Andreia graduated from a Master’s Degree in Administration Politics and Management in Healthcare, which dissertation involved a multi centric quantitative research on anaesthetic nurses competencies. In 2016 Andreia graduated from a second Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice – Leadership at King’s College London, which dissertation involved a quantitative research on organisational culture. ✔️ Co-founder of SedateUK, a company that has been using high fidelity simulation to train healthcare professionals on practice.
