Want a Personal Trainer without the guesswork?

Most people focus purely on training and nutrition.

But what if you could understand what's happening on the inside too?

Using a simple blood biomarker test, we can gain insights into areas such as inflammation and fatty acid balance, helping to personalise your health and fitness journey for the best possible results.

This can support improvements in:
✔️ Weight loss
✔️ Energy levels
✔️ Hormonal balance
✔️ Gut health
✔️ Skin health
✔️ Overall wellbeing

📊 see below to see one client's results.

After combining personalised nutrition, coaching and training, they achieved:

✅ Lower blood sugar markers
✅ Reduced blood pressure
✅ Weight loss
✅ Improved overall health markers

Every person's journey is different, but having real data means we can make informed decisions instead of relying on guesswork.

🔥July Offer:

Sign up for any 12-week coaching programme

or purchase a block of 8 PT sessions in July and receive your blood biomarker test FREE.

Ready to take the guesswork out of your health and fitness?

No wonder so many people struggle to lose weight… and keep it off.

We live in a world where everything is instant.
Fast food in minutes.

Weight loss injections promising rapid results.
Pills to mask pain instead of asking what’s actually causing it.

Google answering every question in seconds.

Shopping delivered before you’ve even thought twice.

No waiting. No patience. No process.

And somewhere along the way, people stopped learning how to sit with discomfort long enough to grow through it.

The truth is… real transformation has never been instant.

You can’t rush discipline.
You can’t shortcut self-respect.
You can’t inject consistency.
You can’t medicate away the consequences of a lifestyle that needs healing.
You can’t download confidence overnight.

The strongest bodies are built through repetition.

The healthiest lifestyles are built through uncomfortable choices.

The people who truly change are the ones who learn patience when results are slow.

Because growth happens in the boring moments.

The walks nobody sees.

The workouts you nearly skipped.

The meals you prepared instead of ordered.

The early nights.

The setbacks.

The days you showed up without motivation.

That’s where change lives.

Not in “quick fixes.”
Not in miracle pills.
Not in chasing the fastest route possible.

We’ve become addicted to speed… but health still works on consistency.

And maybe that’s the real issue.

People aren’t taught patience anymore.

They’re taught convenience.

But real health is earned slowly.

Through learning.
Through healing.
Through discipline.
Through growth.

And in my experience the people willing to stay consistent when it’s boring, slow, and hard…

are usually the ones who actually change their lives.

This isn’t just a 12-week transformation plan.

It’s a framework that builds confidence, teaches balance, and shows you how to create a routine that actually works around your schedule — not someone else’s.

Most people already know what they should be doing. That’s not the problem.

The problem is consistency, accountability, and having someone in your corner when motivation dips.

That’s where this plan is different. You’re not doing it alone. You’ve got accountability, encouragement, and someone who genuinely wants the best for you — pushing when you need it, supporting when life gets busy, and reminding you why you started.

This plan is built by someone who’s been there.
Whether you’re navigating a health condition, rebuilding after having a baby, or you’ve simply lost your way and fallen into habits that no longer serve you — this is about resetting.

Together, we create new habits, realistic routines, and a sustainable approach that fits your life now — not the one you think you should be living.

The goal isn’t perfection in 12 weeks.

The goal is confidence, balance, and knowing how to keep going long after the 12 weeks are done.

Last year taught me more than the last 15 years as a personal trainer.

I learned that looking strong on the outside doesn’t protect you if your health isn’t supported on the inside.

That’s why this year I’m doing things differently.

No quick fixes.

No aesthetics without health.

Reset & Build is about balance, strength, and confidence — inside and out.

🔥 Starts Jan 12 🔥

If you’re ready to level up this year, stay close.
