This Helps sync with your body’s natural clock and boosts mental clarity.

• Brush teeth and tongue scraping (removes toxins/“ama”).

3. Drink warm water
• A glass of warm water (optionally with lemon) stimulates digestion.

4. Elimination
• Try to empty bowels and bladder—regularity is key in Ayurveda.

6. Self-massage (Abhyanga)
• Warm sesame oil massage before showering improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

7. Exercise / Yoga
• Gentle yoga, stretching, or a walk (15–30 min).
• Follow with pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

Letting go isn’t about losing something—it’s about uncovering what was always there beneath the weight you carried.
Inner beauty doesn’t need to be created—it simply needs space to breathe.
Letting go isn’t about losing something—it’s about uncovering what was always there beneath the weight you carried.
So loosen your grip on what no longer serves you. In that openness, you’ll find clarity, softness, strength—and a version of yourself that feels lighter, freer, and more real. beauty go
