Taking time to stop and stare at the bluebells today! It’s so easy in the rush of life to think we can get round to things later but nature is a good reminder that everything has its time. Sometimes we have to seize the moment before it’s gone - the bluebells are on their own timeline and are not waiting for when I’m ready to see them. This is true of so much in life, especially the people we love - nobody at the end of their life looks back and regrets they spent too much time with their friends and family. Most often regrets are about missed opportunities, of not taking a chance on something, of always putting your hearts desires last. I’m not suggesting we upend our lives completely but pay regular attention to what matters most and take manageable action. So what’s one small thing you can make space for or say yes to today?
