Spring is always my favourite season of the year… I always love to start to plant my veg seeds and experiment with new varieties but most of all I always love to set new intentions of what I hope to manifest for the coming year… I always use a very specific Breathwork technique to do this and it’s now being proven by science and quantum physicists to be a great way to get what you want from life.

We always work with a variation around this technique at my monthly Breathwork classes so anyone in and wants to come along feel free to DM me and it would be great to coach you through this extremely powerful technique.
