Summer & Naked pictures
reflect the true status of our health (even when dark).
People hide their physique under branded clothes as much as they mask their symptoms with medication.
I often advise clients to take pictures of themselves in underwear as well as measure their chest, waist & hip circumference.
ps: I take pictures once a year - at the end of summer holidays.
Freedom
to be physically active & the Internal Joy that comes with it will ONLY be achieved through structure.
Ana- Pilates & Craniosacral therapist & I are not athletes yet our weekly training (& to a lesser extent eating) schedule has a structure repeatable on a weekly basis.
If you are not happy with your health or physique, if you are jealous of your friends’ vitality CONSIDER how you spend most of your time & money.
Is your investment in your health a x2 sessions per week of reformer?
Do you rely on your insurance to check the status of your health once a year?
Bad Advice
is the norm. It is no surprise most people make an effort to improve their health by doing ALL THE WRONG things. Here’s some popular beliefs:
1. Fasting is bad for women
2. Women’s metabolism favours carbohydrates
3. Women can have “optimal hormones” after 40 only on HRT
Ana- Pilates & Craniosacral therapist was born 51 years ago.
1. She fasts occasionally for 3 days straight - some times: back to back.
2. She eats bread, cheese, sweets daily yet the main component of her meals is NOT carbs.
3. She NEVER takes ibuprofen let alone ANY other form of medication.
* How many women do you know taking ibuprofen for headache, period pain (sometimes lasting 15 days), hangover, back pain,…
Of course if you take advice from people (doctors, nutritionists, whatever) who rely on medication 💊 themselves, that live constipated lives, that never dare to share their own blood work,…
what outcome can you expect? 🤷🏻♂️
