Yes, brows can have cowlicks too. A small upward swirl in the inner brow is something I see often in clinic. It happens when the follicles grow in slightly different directions, creating a natural lift in the medial brow. Interestingly, many patients with this pattern also have sparse or missing tails. The inner brow remains strong while the body and tail gradually thin. In these cases we can restore the full brow rather than chasing individual gaps, rebuilding a natural flow from the head through to the tail. A reminder that all brows and transplanted brows are different.
