This week I've been busy offline, but I couldn't let the week pass without posting, especially as it's International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) .
These days, I seem to be doing more and more aromatherapy treatments in clinic, but I'm often asked what the difference is between an aromatherapy massage and my fusion-style massage.
The truth is, I love both. Massage is an incredible therapy in its own right, but aromatherapy adds another layer. Here's what I love about it:
🌿 Massage and aromatherapy complement each other beautifully. The power of touch combined with carefully selected essential oils creates a treatment that supports wellbeing on multiple levels.
🌿 Essential oils have an incredible ability to support us emotionally, physically, and mentally. What I find particularly exciting is that we're seeing more and more research exploring their benefits and how they may support our health and wellbeing.
🌿 Every treatment is personalised. The oils we choose are based on what you need on that particular day, making each aromatherapy massage a unique experience.
For me, aromatherapy has never been just about lovely scents. It's about supporting the whole person.
