A mistake I made as a Slimming World member was as I had been doing it for a few weeks and I had the hang of the plan, I decided I could do it on my own, it didn’t work! I realised that I need the support of the likeminded fellow slimmers in group and my consultant. Has anyone else done this?

Honesty, I never thought I would get to where I am today! But coming to group every week and getting all the support from everyone (including you and my mum) made the journey easier! I cannot thank everyone enough! I feel like a brand new woman now, and I can’t wait to inspire others like how they’ve inspired me

Lucy received her 2 stone award and it’s really spurred her on to make new habits stick. In my group it’s not just about losing weight it’s about changing habits, moving away from our default settings and making really positive changes that will last a lifetime
