šŸŽ The mask always slips eventually. Let’s talk about what’s underneath it.

If there’s one thing we hear on repeat from HR and People teams right now, it’s this: teams are tired, change keeps coming, and leaders are being asked to hold space for both.

Building resilience to prevent burnout. Leading through change and uncertainty. And underneath both of those - inclusive leadership. Because none of it works if people don’t feel safe or seen.

We relate, because we lived it too. We left the corporate world and founded POINT3 Wellbeing | B Corp Certified in 2018 - not because we had it all figured out, but because we didn’t.

The work we do with organisations is the same work we had to do ourselves. We’re still doing it. That’s what makes it real.

That experience and philosophy sits at the heart of our Human Skills training.

šŸ‘‰ Want a taste of it? Join our free 90-minute HR/People Leader taster session on Inclusive Leadership - next Thursday 13 August at 09:30am.

It’s a space to:
- Experience our training content and style firsthand
- Explore practical insight around inclusive leadership
- Reflect on the real, human impact of inclusive behaviours

If this feels relevant to you and your people right now, come and taste it for yourself.

Eight years of helping people stress less and smile more. We honestly can’t believe it.

To celebrate, we’re throwing open the virtual doors next Thursday — and we’d love you to join us.

Simon Sinek talks about the power of just 8 minutes of real conversation — eight minutes is enough to make someone feel heard, safe, connected. That’s exactly what we’re hoping for.

Earlier in the week we were out delivering our Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers.

It still feels a bit of a treat to be out delivering training in person - we really relish the rich conversation and connection that happens when people are together IRL.

Virtual training still has its place and we value that too - especially bringing remote teams together, but we do love being out and about when we are šŸ’«

And next week we’ll be out again delivering our Inclusive Leadership training in London.

As we near the end of Mental Health Awareness Week, thank you to those organisations who have run sessions with us this week, reinforcing the mental health support and resources they have for their people.

And thank you to those who joined our Burnout Prevention training today. We talked about stress and burnout, signs and symptoms, risk factors, and science-backed ways to support ourselves and each other to prevent burnout from happening in the first place.

Take care of yourselves, make wellbeing non-negotiable to help you stress less and smile morešŸ«¶šŸ»šŸ’«

Last week, we swapped the training room for the rainforest, returning to our event roots at Anthropy – a ā€˜different kind’ of conference held at the extraordinary Eden Project. šŸ’š

It was a real privilege to work again with the incredible team at TRO, where we first met 13 years ago. Their attention to detail and passion is simply outstanding šŸ‘šŸ¼

And what an event Anthropy is. The setting is of course breathtaking, but it’s the purpose that makes it so powerful - to inspire a better Britain by bringing together voices from education, research, business, government and the charity sector. The invitation to leave egos and silos at the door is a simple but brilliant one, and it sparked hundreds of meaningful, impactful conversations. 🩵

For three days, we were based in the Rainforest, surrounded by discussions that opened eyes, minds and hearts. From second chances for ex-offenders through employment, to the emerging role of psychedelics in mental health treatment, to the very timely conversation around the impact of devices and social media on young people - the depth and breadth was remarkable. šŸ™ŒšŸ»

Anthropy is a true melting pot of connection and conversation, insight and ideas, activism and action. Huge credit to everyone involved - from those with the vision to bring it to life, to the volunteers who make it all possible. šŸ’«

It was also such a joy to reconnect with old colleagues and friends. And to make, meet and mingle with new friends and inspiring people in such a special place ✨

As we approach International Women’s Day this Sunday 8 March, it offers us a chance to reflect on progress, possibility and equity for women, and what it means to us at POINT3 Wellbeing | B Corp Certified.

As a business run by two female founders, we’re undoubtedly invested in the subject of equity and inclusion.

We’ve long been helping organisations and their managers/leaders to create psychologically safe spaces forĀ everyoneĀ (not just a few) to ā€˜stress less and smile more’.

Also, as a B Lab UK organisation, we hold ourselves to high standards in how we work with and support diverse communities and at the heart of our Human Leadership training sits one core belief, that inclusive leadership is human leadership.

Inclusion isn’t a policy. It’s a practice. It’s everyday thoughtfulness, behaviours and body language that foster psychological safety, belonging and equity amongst teams and organisations.

Equity, for women and all communities, requires more than awareness-raising. It requires confidence, capability, intention and then, action.

That’s why we’d love to invite you to join our next HR/People Leader taster session onĀ Inclusive Leadership, taking place on Zoom on 31 March at 09:30am.

This free 90-minute session is a space to:

- Explore practical insight around inclusive leadership
- Bridge the gap between knowledge and intentional action
- Strengthen your ability to foster psychological safety and belonging amongst your leaders
- Reflect on the real, human impact of inclusive behaviours in your organisation

If this resonates for any of my HR and People Profs community, Nicky Morgan and I would love you to come and taste it for yourself.

Register to join the free session via the link in our bio. We hope you’ll join us on 31 March (https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/9oEwEpfpQnuctNCH2oUJPg #/)

Spot the difference? 2018 āž”ļø 2026

8 years ago Nicky Morgan, SiĆ“n Stansfield and Sarah Mayo registered POINT3 Wellbeing… three friends with a shared vision and values ✨

Yesterday the OGs - friends first, founders second - reunited to catch up, reminisce and laugh!

So much has changed in that time. The business has evolved and so have we. While SiĆ“n’s moved on, thankfully the friendship hasn’t.

Different chapters, same connection ✨ (and a new cap for Sarah!)
