I am a fully qualified yoga instructor based in Keston, Bromley. My eclectic and enjoyable classes enable you to explore different styles of yoga, including Dynamic Flow, Hatha with Vinyasa Flow, Healing and Restorative, Pilates and Relaxation. Yoga improves your core, strength, stamina, tone and flexibility, mindfulness, health and well-being vital to enrichment of our daily lives. Learn how to feel relaxed, restored and revived.
