✨ We’ve been busy behind the scenes creating delicious recipes for this summer’s FMD program! 🌿🍽️

Here’s a sneak peek of what’s on the menu for 10 days.

FMD is more than weight loss—it’s a full-body reset.

✨ Supports metabolic flexibility
✨ Helps reduce visceral fat
✨ Preserves muscle mass
✨ Activates cellular renewal pathways
✨ Reduces inflammation

Who’s ready for a reset? 💚 DM “Reset” to join us!

✨ Most people have heard of fasting. Very few know about the protocol that gives you all the benefits — without stopping eating.
🥬 The Fasting Mimicking Diet triggers autophagy, reduces visceral fat, lowers inflammation, improves insulin sensitivity, and supports immune regeneration. All in 10 days. All backed by clinical research from Dr Valter Longo at USC.
🥬 This is the science I build my practice around — and on June 3rd I’m guiding a small group through it personally.
Swipe through for the full breakdown, then head to my stories for details on how to join. 👆

✨ Days 1 to 3 are the preparation phase — and this is where most people go wrong by skipping it.
You’re still eating. Still having some animal protein. But you’re pulling out the junk, the sugar, the processed food — anything that would make the transition harder on your body.
🤔Think of it as landing the plane slowly rather than dropping out of the sky.
🍀 By the time you hit day 4, your body is already primed. The inflammation from your normal diet has started to quiet. Your blood sugar is more stable. You’re ready.
✨ Then the FMD itself begins.
🥬 For 5 days, animal protein comes out completely. You’re eating vegetables, beans, greens, seeds — whole, clean, plant-based foods ☺️
✨ The calorie reduction is intentional. It’s what signals your body to shift into a fasted state — even though you’re still eating.
🪄And that’s when the magic happens.
🧬Your cells start a process called autophagy — they begin clearing out damaged proteins and debris that accumulates over years of modern eating.
Inflammation drops. Insulin sensitivity improves. Your body starts burning stored fat for fuel rather than whatever you last ate.
✨ By day 8 or 9, most people notice something unexpected. The hunger settles. The mental clarity sharpens. There’s a lightness — not just physically, but mentally — that’s hard to describe until you’ve felt it.
✨ By day 10 you come out the other side having given your body something it almost never gets in modern life.
A genuine reset that lasts!
I’m doing this again as my body is asking for it, and I’m bringing a group with me. Full guidance, daily support, everything you need.
Details are in my stories. 👆

The Fasting Mimicking Diet tricks your body into all the cellular benefits of a fast — autophagy, inflammation reduction, metabolic reset — while you're still eating. The first time I did this, I wasn't sure what to expect. By day 3, I knew something was happening. I felt a surge of energy and slimmer waistline which by the way wasn't the goal (you know it when you put on your favourit jeans)

✨ I wore a continuous glucose monitor for two weeks. I eat well. I thought I knew my body 🤭

🍀Turns out I didn’t — not completely.

🍑Rice spiked my blood sugar every single time. Even when I ate protein and fat first. Even when I did everything “right.” Potatoes did the same.

✨ And the crash after that spike? That’s the energy dip. The brain fog. The skin inflammation. The hunger that makes no sense an hour after a full meal.

❗️Here’s the bit that matters most, though: my trigger foods are not your trigger foods. Yours might be oats. Granola. Bananas. Sourdough. Something you eat every day, thinking it’s helping.

You cannot know without data. That’s just the truth.

Two weeks on a CGM gave me more insight into my own metabolism than years of nutrition knowledge. And it’s the same for every client I’ve worked with who’s tried it.

I supply CGMs with full support — and at a better price than online. Link in my bio if you want to know more.

📌 Save this if you’ve ever wondered why you feel exhausted after a “healthy” meal.
💬 What food do you suspect might be spiking you? Drop it below — I’d love to know.

🍀 By now you’ve seen the headlines. So I’m not going to repeat them.
✔️ What I want to talk about is what this moment actually means — and why, as a nutritional therapist who works with skin every single day, this news is personal.
✨ So many of my clients come to me having spent years treating their acne and unwanted hair as a skincare problem. Trying every cleanser, every serum, every laser session. Nobody connected the dots. Nobody looked at their hormones. Nobody asked the right questions.
✨ That is not a failure of the individual. That is a failure of a system that was never properly built around women’s bodies to begin with.
✨ The name change is a victory. A hard-won, long-overdue victory. But a new name does not automatically mean better care, faster diagnosis, or answers for the millions still sitting in that 70% who don’t even know they have this condition yet.
✨ That is why education matters. That is why looking beyond the surface of your skin, and of medicine itself, matters.
If any slide in this carousel made you think of yourself, a friend, or a daughter, my link is in bio.

📩 DM me if you want to talk about what your skin might actually be telling you.

🍀 It was a lovely evening launching the new healthy menu options at Malina Patisserie — something we’ve worked so hard to create together with and .nutrition_

Our space was fully booked, and the food was absolutely delicious. One of the most rewarding moments was hearing feedback from a guest wearing a CGM, who shared that even after the fourth course, his blood sugar didn’t spike the way it usually does.

This is exactly why we created these balanced meals — full of protein and healthy fats to nourish the body without spiking the blood sugar! Not only did they look beautiful, but they tasted delicious too.

It was such a great experience working with a business owner who truly cares about delivering food that is both healthy and enjoyable. Looking forward to collaborating with more businesses like this ❤️

✨ Your gut and your skin are more connected than most people realise — and most GPs don’t have the time to explain why.

Bloating and breakouts. Antibiotic history and eczema that never fully cleared. Stress and a flare three days later. These aren’t coincidences.

Swipe through and see how many of these land for you. And if you want to actually find out what’s going on in your gut — rather than just managing the surface — my testing options are all in the link in my bio.

📌 Save this. It’s a good one to come back to.

Do you think your weight gain could be connected to your acne?

Because in many cases — they’re linked through one thing: insulin resistance.
When insulin levels stay elevated, it doesn’t just affect weight.
It also increases androgen activity.
More androgens = more oil production.
More oil + inflammation = more breakouts.
So sometimes acne isn’t just a skin issue.
It’s a metabolic signal.
When we improve insulin sensitivity — through balanced meals, strength training, better sleep and stress regulation — I often see both weight and acne improve together.
This isn’t about dieting harder.
It’s about supporting your biology smarter.
If you’ve noticed weight changes and worsening acne, it might be time to look at the root cause.
DM me CLEAR and I’ll help you figure out yours!
