🤯 Feeling tired, wired, on edge and unmotivated may be common, but it's not normal.
If your phone battery was constantly running at 10%, glitching, slowing down, and overheating…
you wouldn’t blame the phone.
You’d charge it.
But when it comes to ourselves?
We are masters at blaming our discipline.
Our motivation.
Our consistency.
Our level of productivity.
Our ability to keep going.
Meanwhile, we keep trying to push through symptoms without questioning whether the body and brain are actually being given the raw materials and conditions they need to perform well.
What if procrastination, brain fog, feeling on edge, low motivation, or inconsistent energy aren’t the real issues … but just the signals?
🌸 At the upcoming “Own Your Stage – The Roundtable”, we’ll be exploring how energy influences performance, decision-making, clarity, confidence, and sustainable business/personal growth. And ultimately, our happiness levels.
