Healthwatch Sutton ensures that views and experiences of local people are heard and taken forward locally and nationally by:

• gathering views and experiences from local people about health and social care services

• providing information, signposting, advice and support on health and social care services

• influencing the way in which local health and social care services are set up, delivered and commissioned

• carry out monitoring visits, producing reports and making recommendations

We published our Annual Report 2025/26.

The report highlights the impact of our work over the past year and our key priorities for the year ahead.

Key highlights from 2025/26 include:
- 511 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to identify issues, raise awareness, and drive improvements in local care
- 5 reports highlighting the changes people would like to see in key areas of care: Maternity, Earwax, Frailty, Safeguarding and Community Mental Health
- Our dedicated volunteers contributed around 600 hours to support our work, including conducting interviews, gathering community feedback, and representing Healthwatch Sutton at local events
