We're still reflecting on Hear Here 2026 last week – an evening filled with inspiring stories, meaningful conversations and valuable new connections.

From firsthand accounts of navigating hearing loss in the workplace to exploring the latest developments in hearing technology, the event highlighted the importance of accessibility, inclusion and community in helping people thrive both professionally and personally.

A particular highlight of the evening was hearing from our guest speakers:

- Phil Creighton, award-winning editor and journalist, who shared his personal journey with hearing loss and his experiences with Auracast technology.

- Jessica Ketchen and Trishan Chandarana from EY, who demonstrated how Microsoft Copilot within MS Teams can help bridge communication gaps for people with hearing loss in the workplace.

- Sasha Gardner, who shared her inspiring story of living with Microtia and hearing loss, reflecting on her experience of wearing hearing aids and navigating both life and work with a hearing difference.

Attendees also had the opportunity to meet with manufacturers Phonak, Oticon, Widex, Starkey UK, ReSound, Cochlear, Ampetronicand Neurotone AI who showcased the latest advancements in hearing technology.

A big thank you to EY for hosting the event, and to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussions throughout the evening.

Were you there? We'd love to hear your highlights. Here are some moments from a fantastic evening 📸
