You might not be low on energy. You might be spending it in places youāve stopped noticing.
And I donāt only mean being busy.
I mean the constant overthinking.
Replaying conversations.
Keeping yourself agreeable when you want to say no.
Swallowing what you actually feel.
Being hyperaware of everybody else.
Living in your head while barely noticing what is happening in your body.
That s**t is exhausting.
I think sometimes we become so used to functioning like this that we assume the exhaustion, disconnection or dysregulation is just who we are.
So we try to fix it with more sleep, more supplements, another morning routine, another meditation.
And sometimes those things help.
But sometimes the deeper question is:
Where is all of my energy actually going?
Because your energy is affected by the way you live.
By what you suppress.
By what you tolerate.
By where your attention goes.
By how often you override yourself.
By whether your body spends most of its time bracing or actually feeling safe enough to soften.
This is one of the reasons I love working with Kundalini energy.
It brings us out of constantly trying to understand ourselves through the mind and into an experience with the body.
For some people that can look like movement, shaking, emotion, sound or spontaneous release. For others it can be incredibly subtle and still.
There is no performance required.
You begin to notice what has been held, where energy feels stagnant, what your body has been protecting, and what happens when you finally give it space to move.
And sometimes you realise you never needed to become a more energetic version of yourself.
You needed to stop abandoning the version of you that was already there.
My next Online Kundalini Activation is Tuesday 11th August at 8pm UK time, live on Zoom, £30.
If you want to experience Kundalini for yourself, comment ACTIVATION and Iāll send you the details.
