A little souvenir from Europe. 🇪🇺⚔️

This micro-realistic knight tattoo is part of my customer’s travelling tattoo collection, a memory from his trip to Europe all the way from the US. Such a cool idea to collect places and experiences through tattoos.

Sometimes an old tattoo doesn’t necessarily need to be covered, it just needs a better composition around it.

My client already had the maple leaf and inscription and wanted to add a cosmos flower to connect the existing tattoos.

Instead of adding just one small branch, I suggested creating a larger floral composition.

Why? 🤔

Because when I work around existing tattoos, I always think about scale, proportions, placement and flow.

The new elements need to be strong enough visually to balance the existing tattoo, while still following the natural shape of the body.

I used several cosmos flowers in different positions and sizes to create movement around the maple leaf and connect the whole composition along the forearm.

I also added contrast through different line weights and shading to create more depth while keeping the piece delicate.

The goal was for everything to look intentional: almost as if the whole tattoo had been designed together from the beginning.

First tattoo at 60? Why not! It’s never too late to make your ideas and dreams happen. 🪼

Jonathan wanted a jellyfish tattoo, but in a more abstract, unconventional style, something different from the typical jellyfish designs.

I suggested combining an X-ray inspired look with abstract elements, and part of the composition was drawn freehand directly on the skin to make it flow naturally with the body.

What a weekend! 🖤

I’ve just been looking through the photos and videos from the tattoo convention in Ostróda, featuring our heron in double exposure with a view of a Masurian lake.

This piece holds a lot of emotion for both me and my model, Klaudia, as we both come from regions surrounded by lakes. It made the design feel especially personal and meaningful to us. 💦

We made it to the semi-final and came incredibly close to winning an award. The competition was intense, and the standard of work was truly exceptional.

A huge thank you to Klaudia for her patience, trust and amazing cooperation throughout the entire process.

Thank you as well to the organisers, everyone who helped make the event happen, and every person who stopped by, had a chat, gave us a high five or simply showed their support. Thank you to the judges for recognising and appreciating my work.

I’m incredibly grateful for this weekend, the experience, and all the positive emotions it brought.

I used to say I would only tattoo in black ink.

Black felt safe, natural and very “me”: black clothes, black and grey tattoos, darker themes. 🖤

But at some point, I felt ready to grow and bring more colour into my work. Slowly, one step at a time, I started learning colour theory, mixing, balance and how colours behave on skin.

This tattoo is very special to me because I created it for my auntie: her favourite lilies in double exposure, shaped around her daughters’ little footprints.

We didn’t want to go for a cliché maternity design. We wanted something personal, original and meaningful, but still elegant and professionally executed.

And this is exactly what my clients can expect from me: listening carefully to your story, understanding your needs, and turning your idea into a tattoo that feels truly yours.

Tattoo healing can look a little scary, especially if it's your first tattoo. 😅

Many clients have the same concerns during the healing process, which is exactly why I wanted to make this post.

The two things that cause the most confusion are:�🖤 white, shiny patches on the tattoo�💧 fluid collecting under the second skin

In most cases, both are completely normal and simply part of the healing process.

Don't judge your tattoo too early. Trust the process, follow the aftercare instructions, and if you're ever unsure, don't hesitate to contact your tattoo artist. We'd always rather answer a question than have you worrying unnecessarily. ✨

Another moth added to the collection for my lovely customer Nina, thank you for your trust 🙏🏻
Done at No Regrets Studios

The second photo shows the tattoo completely healed, with no filters or editing, so you can see the real result of my work.

These moths are part of a filler project we’ve been building around Nina’s existing half sleeve. She originally had the sleeve done by another artist and asked me to fill the remaining spaces with my own work.

She loved the result so much that she decided to trust me with improving parts of her older tattoo as well. It honestly means a lot when clients trust my vision, skills, and approach, especially when working with existing pieces and creating better flow between old and new work.

I’ll be sharing more results from this project soon.

Delicate, feminine, but still visible and full of contrast peony for lovely Sangeeta 🌸

This tattoo was designed to gently cover some birth marks while enhancing the natural shape of her leg. My goal was to create something elegant, soft and detailed, but still readable on the skin and fitting beautifully with her body anatomy.

This piece is also special for both of us because it was done during my first day working at No Regrets London.
