Each session is different from one person to the next, depending on need, which part of the journey each person is currently on.

Perhaps you feel stuck, are experiencing low-mood, sleep disturbance, anxiety. Perhaps you have a sense there’s something beyond those states but you’re not sure how to move forward?

During a session we explore what’s occurring, do in-depth hands-on healing work to shift the energy & relieve blocks, and I provide a plan of supportive practise.

Crocuses are always a sign of hope for me as we emerge from the depths of winter into spring. The past few weeks have been so wet & muddy & yet these beautiful little flowers have weathered the elements & are bursting with life. Nature can remind us of our own resilience & yes, our hope too 🌷
