No more punishing workouts I hate. No more 10-step skincare routines. No more guilt about putting myself first.

Alright, let’s be honest for a minute…

I spent years buying great products and wondering why my skin still wasn’t looking how I wanted it to. But it actually wasn’t entirely my products at fault. It was how I was using them.

Rushing through my routine because I was ‘optimistic with my time’ (or late as most people call it…..). Skipping my whole routine when I was knackered. Being wildly inconsistent, going all in for a week, then not for three.

Does any of this sound familiar?

At 49, my skin has genuinely never been better. And my routine is embarrassingly simple now. Three products, and serum. Daily. That’s it.

No ten-step routines. No complicated systems. Just showing up consistently, even on the tired days (or had a vino let’s be completely transparent….🤣)

Look… I spent my teenage years on sunbeds in the 90s when we genuinely didn’t know better. Now I know better.

Do I still occasionally find myself horizontal under some questionable lighting? Apparently yes 🙈
