If your “download” involves me doing exactly what you wanted me to do anyway, I fear it may have just been a thought 😂

And yes, I absolutely believe energy can be channelled, released and expressed through dance and movement. I’ve experienced it myself, and it can be incredibly powerful.

But there’s a difference between genuine energetic expression and performing spirituality for attention.

The same applies to Kundalini Activation. Bigger movement doesn’t automatically mean a deeper experience, and you don’t need to force your body to do anything so that it looks like something is happening.

You don’t have to look spiritual, speak in spiritual jargon or perform your connection for the camera.

Sometimes the deepest experiences are the quietest ones and sometimes they don’t look like much from the outside at all.

😂 Follow me if you’re a healed-ish millennial who remembers when “nervous system regulation” looked VERY different.

Not being funny, I’m loving my sound baths, energy healing, Kundalini Activation and nervous system regulation era…

But there was a time when apparently all I needed was a menthol, 6 minutes on a sunbed and a questionable shot on a Friday night. 💀

No magnesium.
No breathwork.
No boundaries.
No idea what a nervous system even was.

Just UK Garage, terrible decisions and the absolute confidence that we'd be fine by Monday. 😂

Now?

I’m protecting my peace, regulating my nervous system, working with energy and actually listening when my body tells me it needs to rest.

Character development, babe. ✨
