AHO London Manifesto

We are a London based Shamanic practise. We believe in raising the vibration of where we live by gathering to share heal and learn. Due to our new life we can no longer offer circles and medicine treatment. Aho London will be posting articles and videos to help our virtual circle tribe to learn and grow. We give you access to invaluable tools to circumnavigate our new world. Our mission is the growth of consciousness for our AHO London Tribe and all those we connect with. We also work with the Q'ero tribe who are located above Cusco in Peru. A selections of their fine 'Mesa Cloths' are available in our Shop. We are contributing to a build project for a community centre for them. Their view of life is simple but effective, there is a lot we can learn from them. The ancient traditions of creating a circle, ceremony, and connecting with nature connects us to the universal life force and refocuses our attention. We learn to look inward in order to make our journey through our daily lives more harmonious and ultimately easier. (This city is a busy fast unconnected environment and in this environment we can literally lose our sense of self.) this was the old way, we have had to learn how to connect again in these testing times . The Q’ero believe we in the West have lost touch with nature in general and lost the meaning and direction of life and have in turn lost our peace of mind and wellness and our true purpose as souls. Our Aim at AHO London is to create a community using some of these ancient principles and adapt them for this Urban jungle we call Home. Everyday our energy is fragmented through the hustle and bustle of City life tube journeys, work environments, socializing and living in closed spaces. Our personal energy fields (Luminescent Light Fields )are bombarded with information and in turn we become separated from our true nature and Mother Nature (Pachamama)

This leads to a host of issues. Lack of direction & focus
Troubled personal relationships
Communication blockages at work and in daily life
Self doubts and frustration
Depression
Mental and physical Disease
General un-wellness

The Q’ero Inca Shaman teach us to live in Balance and give back to Mother Nature in reciprocity (Ayni) and in turn with each other. This spreads outwards from you to all those around you family friends and work colleagues and raises the vibration of everyone you encounter in your busy lives. The new found inner understanding leads to an outer vibration of wellness and calm which spreads like a joyous web. After all we are all connected at the source . At the solstice, when Ra began to recover from his illness, the Egyptians filled their homes with green palms and papyrus reeds, which symbolized for them the triumph of life over death’.

✨Oh yes the comic energy is really accelerating !!
It’s reaching mainstream news - I have included excerpts from the Guardian today covering the mysterious cosmic ray that’s hitting Earth.

Excerpts- Astronomers have detected a rare and extremely high-energy particle falling to Earth that is causing bafflement because it is coming from an apparently empty region of space.
The particle, named Amaterasu after the sun goddess in Japanese mythology, is one of the highest-energy cosmic rays ever detected.

Only the most powerful cosmic events, on scales far exceeding the explosion of a star, are thought to be capable of producing such energetic particles. But Amaterasu appears to have emerged from the Local Void, an empty area of space bordering the Milky Way galaxy.

“These events seem like they’re coming from completely different places in the sky. It’s not like there’s one mysterious source,” said Prof John Belz of the University of Utah and a co-author of the paper. “It could be defects in the structure of spacetime, colliding cosmic strings. I mean, I’m just spitballing crazy ideas that people are coming up with because there’s not a conventional explanation.”.

Yes it’s a cosmic soup - lunar eclipse tomorrow will start at 20.35 pm and end at 21.52 pm - this energy lasts for up to 6 months - it takes us back over the last 1.5 years of our lives to tie up loose ends - really see what and where you really need to have or be in your life - it’s major reset time.

what is serving me ?
What needs readjusting?
Where should I put my focus & attention?
What’s drains my creativity?
What supports my creativity?

10/10 Today is a very important day for our spiritual growth - Ascension steps are been created to assist us in the process of absorbing the upgrades we are receiving from the universe.
This is from the increase in solar flare energies as we move deeper into space ( please check space weather.com) a plethora of planetary configuration as we are entering the Age of Aquarius and many more direct energies assisting us in this major transformation.
This set started on 8/8 Lions Gate - I was in the Giza pyramid itself on that day where a direct line of energy was transmitted into the Kings Chamber - I was told in a direct channel from Tehuti ( Thoth) and Goddess Sekhmet on my recent trip to Egypt that numerology and sacred geometry were massive KEYS to unlocking the codes - it continues with each step date- 11/11 - 12/12 .
What to do?
Be open today - drop into a light meditation and with intention be open to receive this powerful energy.
