I received the best voicemail from a new patient in her 90s. She wanted to tell me that she’s “over the moon. I feel more confident on my feet now. You did a miracle and I’m so grateful.” 🥰❤️👣

Her nails had become very long, making it difficult for her to reach her feet. She also didn’t have the strength to cut her brittle nails herself.

I’m so glad I could make a difference to this lovely lady. It honestly made my day listening to her voicemail. 🥰❤️👣

It can be daunting for people to let someone into their home for the first time to care for their feet, so I always strive to make every visit feel professional, friendly and reassuring. ❤️👣

Knowing the difference between adverse effects and side effects can directly influence safe and effective treatment outcomes.
