Last night’s class focused on releasing the psoas + piriformis - two areas that hold so much tension from sitting, stress, and daily life.
Through slow holds and poses like Cow Face Pose, Pigeon Pose and Happy Baby Pose, we worked deep into the hips to help everything soften and let go.
