Optimising joint injection therapy, through a highly trained and skilled service. Landmark guided, using precise anatomy knowledge to locate and guide the needle to the targeted area. Ultrasound guided injections, use ultrasonography to guide and monitor the position of the needle to the targeted tissue. Both procedures aim to reduce pain, inflammation and improve function of the affected joint. The injecting clinician will have detailed knowledge of medications and pathology, providing insight into the risks and benefits. Absolutely devastating news to hear the passing of Souleymane 'Sol'Bamba. Very privileged and honoured to have known and worked closely with such a true gentleman. Spent many a time in deep conversation with him during our time at Cardiff City. So proud to be a premiership and international footballer. A gentle giant and the most warm and kind hearted human and professional footballer I have been lucky to work with. Heartfelt condolences to wife Chloe and the children. So, so sad. RIP Big man. A true reminder, life is so short 😥

In a collective sport such as football, where the whole is more than the sum, injury management of squad players is fundamental to the teams performance. There is a requirement to manage very experienced players such as former England goalkeeper David James, and former Liverpool and England defender Steven Caulker, alongside younger inexperienced players with the same quality of rehabilitation. This will ensure the squad has the best opportunity in meeting its goals and achieving its outcomes.

The word 'back pain' can put fear into most people as it can be a painful and debilitating injury. HOWEVER not all is lost, and the most significant type of injury can be recovered. A positive attitude and outlook has been identified as a core component to this process. These post op xrays show a spinal fusion after an almost catastrophic injury to one of our truly inspirational clients. Words do not explain how this exceptional individual recovered to not only compete, but podium at the body building championships. We are proud to say we played a very small part in manging this spinal injury of the great gentleman. Please contact us if you require management of an on going back complaint.
