Excited to be in beautiful Malta for the Jalupro Conference ✨

Honoured to join leading colleagues and experts in aesthetic medicine to discuss one of my favourite topics — the shift from traditional volumisation towards a more regenerative and biologically respectful approach to facial rejuvenation.

Modern aesthetics is no longer only about “filling”.
It is about understanding tissue quality, skin biology, ageing mechanisms, and how we can support regeneration while maintaining natural results.

I’ll also be sharing clinical insights, treatment strategies, and discussing why tissue optimisation is becoming one of the most important concepts in modern aesthetic medicine.

Very excited for inspiring discussions, science, innovation, and meeting wonderful colleagues from around the world 🌍

One month ago at AMWC Monaco, we introduced something I’ve genuinely been excited to share…

A new generation of skin-focused formulations - from targeted under-eye care to multi-molecular Hyaluronic Acid systems designed for the face, neck, décolletage, and beyond.

What I particularly appreciate is the approach: different molecular weights working at different depths - not just hydration, but true skin quality optimisation.

And now… it’s finally making its way to London.

I’ve been testing, observing, and integrating - and I’m very excited to start sharing more with you soon.

Would you like to try it first? ✨

Tomorrow I will be speaking at the Zafax Symposium in Prague, sharing insights on one of the most important shifts in aesthetic medicine today.

From volumisation to regeneration — we are redefining how we approach ageing.

I will be discussing tissue priming with Cellular Matrix, combining regenerative strategies with energy-based devices and injectables, and presenting my clinical experience and results in this evolving field.

Looking forward to an inspiring day of science, innovation, and meaningful discussions.

Stepping onto the stage as a an aesthetic doctor,I’m honoured to share my perspective at the Congrès de Médecine Esthétique Régénérative et Fonctionnelle.

In this session, I will not only be presenting but also performing live injections on stage, demonstrating an advanced enzymatic approach to the lower face.

My focus will be on one of the most complex and defining areas
the lower third, including the submental and submandibular regions.

We are moving beyond traditional volumisation and reduction.
The future lies in targeted tissue remodelling.

Through an enzymatic approach, we can address:
• lipohypertrophy
• fibrosis
• skin laxity

not by masking, but by modulating tissue behaviour at a structural level.

This is a shift towards working with biology rather than against it
a more precise, regenerative, and patient-centred way of treating the face.

Proud to contribute, to share, and to demonstrate this evolution live.

See you in Morocco.

Ligaments — the silent architects of facial aging

When we speak about aging, most people think of volume loss or skin laxity.
But in reality, one of the most underestimated structures is the retaining ligament system.

These fibrous structures anchor the soft tissues of the face to the underlying bone.
They define where the face holds… and where it eventually falls.

With time, it’s not just the skin that changes—
it’s the ligamentous support that weakens, elongates, and redistributes tension.

This leads to:
• Loss of structural support
• Descent of fat compartments
• Deepening of folds (nasolabial, marionette)
• Disruption of facial harmony

Understanding ligaments changes everything.

It shifts our approach from simply “adding volume”
to strategically restoring support, vectors, and balance.

Because true rejuvenation is not about filling—
it’s about respecting anatomy and rebuilding architecture.

I’m delighted to announce an upcoming Autologous Exosomes Masterclass in London.

This session is designed for clinicians who want to move beyond trend-driven treatments and truly understand the biology of regenerative signalling.

During this intensive training, I will share how I integrate autologous exosomes into my clinical protocols — focusing on skin quality optimisation, tissue repair, and structured regenerative workflows.

We will explore:
• The biological rationale behind exosome-mediated communication
• Patient selection and preparation protocols
• Combination strategies with PRP and scaffold-based approaches
• Clinical indications and real case transitions

This is not simply about performing a procedure.
It is about understanding the microenvironment you are creating.

Regeneration requires precision.
And precision requires knowledge.

I look forward to welcoming you in London.

Japan felt like stepping into another dimension -where precision meets poetry, and tradition lives beautifully alongside innovation.

From the quiet elegance of ancient temples to the electric pulse of Tokyo nights, every detail felt intentional, refined, and deeply inspiring. The discipline, the aesthetics, the respect for craftsmanship… it resonates on a different level.

Travel always expands perspective -but Japan truly refines it.

Grateful for the culture, the inspiration, and the moments of stillness in between the movement.

Until next time 🇯🇵✨

IMCAS Paris — always a privilege to return to this extraordinary scientific stage.

My sincere thanks to RegenLab Switzerland for once again inviting me to speak and train at IMCAS. It is an honour to share the science behind regenerative medicine, platelet-based therapies, and anatomy-driven treatment strategies with colleagues from across the globe.

Being welcomed back year after year is something I value deeply — it reflects a shared commitment to education, clinical excellence, and responsible innovation. IMCAS continues to be where evidence meets practice, and where meaningful scientific dialogue shapes the future of our specialty.

Grateful for the trust, the collaboration, and the inspiring exchange with so many outstanding practitioners.

More to come.
