Havering Council's Public Health Team is keen to visit local groups for people aged 50 and over to share practical health and wellbeing advice to help residents stay well throughout the winter months ❄️

Thank you to everyone who braved the heat to come to our in person partnership networking event with Forestry England and Thames Chase Trust today!

It was so great to see so many representatives from local community and voluntary sector organisations alongside Health Champions, Health Trainers and public sector colleagues

Thank you to all our walk leaders and collaborators, including and who kindly hosted us for this event and for getting everyone involved in some fun games - it’s always wonderful to see connections happening in real time! 🌲🌳🌞

Live Well Havering is pleased to be working with Thames Chase Trust and Forestry England again this year after the success of last year's in-person network event 🏃‍♀

We will be spending the afternoon at Thames Chase Forest Centre, a beautiful location surrounded by nature 💚

You are welcome to join us for the wellbeing activities and / or networking, but you do not have to attend the whole afternoon. Please drop-in and out of activities in a way that works for you.
