One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that people want to look completely different.

Most patients simply want to look fresher, softer, less tired, or more confident in themselves again.

Every transformation in this post was approached differently depending on the patient’s facial structure, concerns and overall harmony.

Sometimes it’s restoring support through the mid face.
Sometimes it’s improving flow through the jawline and lower face.

I turned a patient away yesterday.

She came in wanting more filler… but I knew it wouldn’t give her the result she actually wanted.

This is the part people don’t really talk about in aesthetics.

Saying yes is easy. Anyone can do that.
Knowing when to say no… that’s where experience comes in.

More filler doesn’t always mean a better result. In the wrong areas, it can make the face look heavier, less balanced, and less natural.

My job isn’t to just inject. It’s to guide you properly and make sure you still look like you… just fresher, more refined.

Sometimes the best decision is to do nothing.
